It’s “employ” spelt backwards. YolpMe is a social recruitment website, where you can earn cash by connecting your friends and networks with jobs.

It’s all about harnessing the power of peer-to-peer referrals. A job gets listed, along with a cash incentive. You then reach out to your friends, encouraging them to apply - and, if they land the job, you get the cash reward!

The creators say it makes sense when you consider that 36% of people are placed in jobs through referral, while 54% of job seekers use social networks to search for jobs.
